Merten is currently presenting its new brand profile to the public for the first time, at the "light + building" trade fair in Frankfurt. The new market image was developed and implemented in co-operation with MetaDesign, Germany's number-one agency for corporate identity, based in Berlin. The emphasis here was not only on creating a new, unmistakable and appealing design for Merten's brochures, online presence and trade fair stands, but more importantly on a decisive move towards intelligent, application-oriented solutions with a high degree of utility and design appeal for all Merten marketing partners and customers.
The first visible sign of this is the new logo. Its balanced proportions underline the overall impression of high quality and congeniality which characterises the new corporate image. The slogan "Solutions for intelligent buildings" shows that Merten stands for more than just innovative products and good design. Namely, Merten stands for intelligent solutions which meet your needs in terms of safety, security, economy, comfort and flexibility. And Merten follows through on this conceptual principle. With application-oriented solutions, Merten gives you exactly what you need for success.
Individual support is another important element of Merten's customer orientation. Close contact with you is very important to Merten, as shown by seven decentralised sales offices throughout Germany and a local presence in more than 30 countries across the globe.

The integrated brand communication strategy also includes Merten's new solution-oriented Internet presence, which guides users from a number of possible access points to their desired destination with a few clicks.
Whether they require application-oriented solutions, new products or particular switch ranges, the new homepage leads electricians, electrical planners, architects, building owners and investors to what they need for success: intelligent solutions with innovative products.
One of the highlights of the new homepage is a series of "products in practise" showing specific solutions and applications. Experience the advantages of intelligent building technology: the Merten product overviews give concrete application scenarios. You can choose from these according to individual needs and different building types - whatever you wish.
You can also benefit from the optimised user guidance system. It will get you to your desired goal even more easily - and more quickly too, thanks to reduced loading times. The expanded download area lets you filter out brochures according to target groups, for example, and then download them. The download area now contains illustrations from Merten's product range in the resolutions 72 and 300 dpi. These are optimised for use on the Web or for printouts, respectively. Furthermore, the download area has been expanded to include the new ETS 3 software generation. Tender documents are now also available in the DATANORM 5 format.
